Strawberries are among the most delicate fruits and are particularly difficult to transport. For this reason, we carefully select varieties that combine firm skin, beautiful appearance, and excellent flavor, and mainly offer strawberries grown in Kumamoto Prefecture.

＜Variety Introduction＞

・Yubeni
Yubeni is an original strawberry variety developed in Kumamoto Prefecture and introduced in 2015.
The fruit is large and beautifully shaped, with a well-proportioned conical form. Its vivid red color and attractive gloss give it an exceptionally elegant appearance, even among premium Japanese strawberries.
Yubeni is also known for its rich aroma and excellent balance of sweetness and acidity.

・Koiminori
Koiminori was developed by the Kyushu Okinawa Agricultural Research Center of NARO, Japan’s National Agriculture and Food Research Organization.
With its excellent resistance to damage during transportation, Koiminori is particularly well suited for export. Efforts to promote overseas shipments have included the development of specialized packaging materials designed specifically for this variety.
The fruit is characterized by its large size and attractive appearance. Its distinctive flavor combines noticeable sweetness and acidity, creating a well-defined and refreshing taste, complemented by a rich aroma.
