Peach

The Hakuhō variety, developed in 1925, is a soft, juicy peach,
and since then, various varieties—centered around Hakuhō—have been developed in Japan, with each producing region vying for supremacy.
We handle only the highest-quality brand peaches selected from among them.

<Brand Introduction>

・Daito-ryo
Daito-ryo is a brand designation awarded to peaches that meet strict standards in Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture—the top peach-producing region in Japan.
Using light sensors, we check the sugar content, size, and color of each individual peach.
While the varieties vary by season, for “Hakuhō,” we select peaches with a sugar content of 12 degrees or higher that also excel in shape and color.

・Shimizu White Peach
Characterized by its beautiful milky-white skin, the Shimizu White Peach is produced in Okayama Prefecture.
By bagging each peach individually and growing them away from direct sunlight, the Shimizu White Peach achieves its distinctive white, elegant appearance.
Among these, we carry only the “Royal” grade—the highest rank in both taste and appearance—which has been verified by light sensors to have a sugar content of 12.0 degrees or higher.

<Variety Introduction>

・Golden Peach
The Golden Peach is a yellow-fleshed variety developed in Nagano Prefecture.
While many common yellow peaches are used for processing, the Golden Peach is intended for fresh consumption and has a flavor profile similar to that of white peaches.
With a sugar content of 13–14 degrees, it offers a rich, complex flavor—a robust sweetness balanced by just the right amount of tartness.

・Natsukko
Developed in Nagano Prefecture, the Natsukko is a large peach.
With a high sugar content of 14% or more and very little acidity, it offers a rich, intense sweetness.
It is a distinctive peach that combines a large, attractive appearance, robust sweetness, and excellent shelf life.
