Apple

We carry apples from Aomori Prefecture, which boasts the highest production volume in Japan and a 150-year history of apple cultivation.

Strict Apple Grading Standards
Harvested apples are transported to local grading facilities, where skilled staff inspect them for surface blemishes and overall appearance.
They are then automatically assessed by a grading machine equipped with optical sensors to determine sugar content, ripeness, color, browning, and the presence of honeycore.
Through this process, the apples are sorted into five grades: Premium, Special, Special A, Excellent, and Excellent A.

Why Tsugaru Apples Taste Great All Year Round
Even after harvest, apples continue to breathe and release ethylene gas, which promotes further ripening.
To maintain freshness, we use CA storage (Controlled Atmosphere storage), a sealed refrigerated storage method,
allowing you to enjoy delicious apples year-round.
